I'm running the Publix Half Marathon on February 27, 2022 to benefit the Kyle Pease Foundation. Support my hustle!
Hey everyone, I'm Seth Braddock, Kilter's CEO & Founder. I started Kilter with a mission to be the most inclusive activity-based engagement platform, for good.
Our vision as a team is to be a place of inclusion for all where you can turn your everyday health, wellness, and lifestyle activities into opportunities to raise money for your favorite charities.
I'm proud (and nervous) to share that I'm challenging myself to run the Atlanta Publix Half Marathon on Sunday, February 27 2022 in support of the Kyle Pease Foundation, an organization with a mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities through sports.
Never heard of KPF? Watch this recent video to be inspired like never before.
Kyle’s story and his drive with his mission at KPF is why I am calling this the "Running For Inclusion" event because my goal is to raise awareness and money through my own running for this foundation that stands for hope and provides opportunities to people with disabilities to give them confidence in sport and life.
I invite you to be a part of this month long journey with me. Here are a couple ways you can get involved:
1. Log your miles alongside me while I train for the next month! Join my event on Kilter:
Join me and log your miles over the next month to help keep me motivated to train and get my pre-race workouts in!
Download the Kilter App
Sync Your Favorite Tracker - your miles will award you points on the in-app leaderboard and will keep me motivated to hit all my training goals!
Donation Options:
- $26 - Donate this amount because it's my favorite number (both my brother's and my birthday)
- $52 - Donate this amount which is $1 per mile that our team of four will complete on February 27 (Kyle, Seth, Matt & Taylor)
- $227 - Donate this amount to signify February 27 (race day) and help get me 1/4 of the way to my total goal of $1,000
100% of your entry will raise awareness and promote success for people with disabilities.
If you want to join but don't want to donate, enter the code PUBLIX in the registration flow.
2. Donate to my personal fundraising link - my goal is to log 20 miles per week until race day. A $20 donation would go a long way to keep me on pace!
3. Share this event on social media and invite your family and friends who are walking, running, riding, hiking, rolling, or just getting their steps in and want to make their miles matter for the next few weeks.
4. SAVE THE DATE: On Sunday, February 27 we will be hosting a Facebook Live stream on race day so you can tune in and watch our team of four run for 2 hours. So fun! We'll have a couple quick interviews throughout and music to keep it light and fun. Add the event to your calendar now!
