The Bench to 6.6K Training Program is free with Pens 6.6K in-person or virtual registration. You can register now at runsignup.com/Pens66k. Once registered you will receive a code via email to join the Bench to 6.6K Challenge here in Kilter.
Getting Started:
1) Enter in code and click on Join Challenge
2) View the My Events tab and confirm that you're in!
3) During the event, complete daily wellness activities to earn points for your personal score. Stay at the top of the leaderboard for your chance to win cool prizes (see rules tab for exercise list)!

Complete the following mileage goals in order to be entered to win four club seats to the Pens December 12th, 2022 game against the Stars.
Week One: Complete 0.5 to 1 mile (2 times)
Week Two: Complete 1 to 1.5 miles (2 times)
Week Three: Complete 1.5 to 2 miles (2 times)
Week Four: Complete 2.0 to 2.5 (2 times)
Week Five: Rest Week
Week Six: Complete 2.5 – 3.0 Miles (2 times)
Week Seven: Complete 3.0 – 3.5 Miles (2 times)
Week Eight: Complete 3.5 – 4.0 miles (2 times)
*Must be registered for Penguin 6.6K in order to be eligible to win
